  1. Provide excellent care and treatment to a variety of animals in the State of Connecticut.
  2. Ensure the health and well-being of the animals by providing proper nutrition, medical attention, and enrichment.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the animals at all times.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians.
  5. Monitor the behavior and condition of the animals, and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working With Animals In A Professional Setting, Such As A Veterinary Clinic, Animal Shelter, Or Zoo.

  • Knowledge Of Animal Behavior, Nutrition, And Basic Medical Care.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Animal Welfare And Safety.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
