- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions and downtime.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or It Analyst Role.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Linux.
Familiarity With Database Management And Programming Languages Such As Sql And Java.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
