- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys in preparing for cases.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters to gather information and schedule appointments.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits, interviewing witnesses, and drafting trial documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal support and ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures to assist attorneys in providing informed legal advice.
- Use legal databases, software, and other tools to assist with case management and document preparation.
- Proofread and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on case strategy and legal research.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining billing records.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field
Certification From An Accredited Paralegal Program
Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Processes, And Procedures
