  1. Manage and maintain the office's schedule by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently and accurately.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for team members.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
  5. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
  6. Provide administrative support to team members, including but not limited to printing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  7. Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
  8. Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
  9. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events, meetings, and other projects.
  10. Use discretion and independent judgment to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to all individuals contacting or visiting the office.
  13. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.
  14. Stay updated on office policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and consistency.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by working well with colleagues and displaying a positive attitude.
