  1. Develop and implement strategies to address social issues and improve the well-being of individuals and families in the community.
  2. Oversee a team of social service professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  3. Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  5. Develop and manage budgets for social service programs and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  6. Create and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to leverage resources and support for social service initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on social service trends, policies, and best practices to inform program development and decision-making.
  8. Ensure that all services and programs provided are of high quality and meet regulatory requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, clients, and community partners to promote collaboration and transparency.
  10. Lead and facilitate meetings, trainings, and workshops for staff and community partners to promote professional development and knowledge sharing.
  11. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with external partners in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional manner at community events and meetings.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Within A Social Service Agency Or Non-Profit Organization.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Social Services, Including Medicaid And Medicare.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Interact With Clients.

  • Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans And Manage Budgets.
