- Oversee a team of social service professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets for social service programs and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Create and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to leverage resources and support for social service initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on social service trends, policies, and best practices to inform program development and decision-making.
- Ensure that all services and programs provided are of high quality and meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, clients, and community partners to promote collaboration and transparency.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, trainings, and workshops for staff and community partners to promote professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with external partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner at community events and meetings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role Within A Social Service Agency Or Non-Profit Organization.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Social Services, Including Medicaid And Medicare.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team And Interact With Clients.
Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans And Manage Budgets.
