- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex computer systems and processes, with a focus on SAP, to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business stakeholders, and end-users, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Utilize strong knowledge of SAP and other relevant systems to provide expert guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, requirements, and changes for future reference.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of system changes and updates, and provide support during system upgrades and implementations.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP and other relevant systems to provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of system requirements and changes.
- Train end-users on new system processes and functionalities, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Business Analyst, Preferably With Experience In Sap Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Sap Functional Modules And Business Processes, With Experience In At Least One Full Cycle Implementation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Experience Leading And Managing Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
