- Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial documents.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field: A Construction Project Manager At State Of Florida Must Possess A Strong Educational Background In Construction Management Or A Related Field To Understand The Technical And Financial Aspects Of The Job.
Relevant Work Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In A Government Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Track Record Of Successful Project Completion And Management Of Resources.
