  1. Develop and design curriculum materials for various subjects and grade levels, ensuring alignment with state standards and educational objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most effective and innovative teaching methods and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and other stakeholders to gather input and feedback on curriculum design.
  4. Use creative and engaging instructional techniques to enhance student learning and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Leverage technology and digital resources to enhance the delivery of curriculum materials.
  6. Continuously review and revise curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  7. Keep abreast of current trends and advancements in curriculum development and education, and incorporate them into curriculum design.
  8. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and records of curriculum materials.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and coherence across all curriculum materials.
  10. Provide support and training to teachers on the implementation of new curriculum materials.
  11. Adhere to deadlines and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials.
  12. Represent the Curriculum Design team in meetings and presentations, advocating for the importance of high-quality curriculum design.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of state standards and educational policies to ensure curriculum materials are in compliance.
  14. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to curriculum design.
  15. Embody a strong commitment to improving education and making a positive impact on the future of Florida's students.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Curriculum Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Design And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Educational Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And National Education Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines.

  • Experience With Instructional Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Knowledge Of Various Learning Styles And Assessment Methods.
