  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with state employment laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screenings, and interviews.
  3. Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  4. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.
  7. Administer employee benefits and ensure proper communication and enrollment.
  8. Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting.
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on state employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and implement solutions.
  12. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and provide HR insights and recommendations.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Recruitment And Employee Relations.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience With Hr Software And Systems, Such As Payroll And Applicant Tracking Systems.
