Welcome to the State of Florida's Product Manager role! We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team and help us revolutionize the way we deliver products and services to our citizens. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our diverse population.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of the State of Florida.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  4. Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that all deliverables are completed within budget and on schedule.
  5. Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular status reports and presentations.
  10. Take ownership of any issues or challenges that arise during the product development process, and work towards finding effective solutions.
  11. Manage the product budget and track expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  13. Uphold the values and mission of the State of Florida, representing the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Experience With Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Product Development And Management.
