As a Real Estate Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in the planning and implementation of real estate development projects across the state. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in real estate development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.   1. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities in various communities across the state.
  2. Collaborate with local government officials and community stakeholders to assess development needs and priorities.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects, considering market trends, community needs, and budgetary constraints.
  4. Evaluate and negotiate land acquisitions, leases, and other real estate transactions.
  5. Oversee all aspects of the development process, including site selection, due diligence, design, financing, and construction.
  6. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project plans meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Conduct market and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential development projects.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and real estate professionals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  11. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to various stakeholders.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and market development projects.
  14. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Development, Preferably In The Public Sector.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Real Estate Development.

  • Experience Managing And Coordinating Development Projects From Start To Finish, Including Budgeting, Planning, And Implementation.
