Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida: A Valid And Active Rn License From The Florida Board Of Nursing Is A Mandatory Requirement For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Educational And Training Standards For Nursing Practice.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree: A Bsn Degree Is Preferred For This Role As It Provides A More Comprehensive Understanding Of Nursing Theories And Practices. It Also Demonstrates The Candidate's Commitment To Ongoing Education And Professional Development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Nursing Experience: To Be Considered For The Position Of A Registered Nursing Consultant, Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse. This Experience Should Include A Diverse Range Of Clinical Settings And Responsibilities, Such As Direct Patient Care, Leadership Roles, And Quality Improvement Initiatives.
