Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retirement Planning Or Financial Advising.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Retirement Programs, Such As The Florida Retirement System (Frs) And Social Security.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Strategies And Financial Planning Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
