  4. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess land suitability and potential impact on surrounding areas.
  5. Communicate with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders to explain the acquisition process and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land transactions and related correspondence.
  7. Participate in training and development programs to gain knowledge and skills in real estate and right of way practices.
  8. Stay updated on state laws and regulations related to land acquisition and right of way procedures.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the state in all interactions with landowners and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in land acquisition processes.
