This position plays a crucial role in providing legal advice and representation related to healthcare matters for the state. As a Senior Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging cases, making a significant impact on the healthcare landscape of Florida. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member of the Florida Bar. We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience practicing healthcare law, preferably in a government setting. Additionally, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience Practicing Healthcare Law In A Large Law Firm Or Government Agency.

  • Juris Doctorate Degree From An Accredited Law School And Licensed To Practice Law In The State Of Florida.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of State And Federal Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Providing Legal Counsel And Advice To Government Agencies Or Large Healthcare Organizations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Legal Matters And Provide Sound Legal Advice To Clients.
