  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure website design aligns with the state's brand and image.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest web design trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve the state's website.
  4. Ensure all web pages are optimized for user experience, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to web design and functionality.
  6. Create and maintain website style guides and design templates for consistency across all web pages.
  7. Utilize graphic design software and coding languages to bring design concepts to life.
  8. Implement and maintain website updates and changes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Web Design, Graphic Design, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Web Design, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Strong Understanding Of User Experience (Ux) Principles And Ability To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Designs.

  • Knowledge Of Current Web Design Trends And Best Practices, Including Responsive Design And Accessibility Standards.
