  1. Develop, implement, and oversee the Healthy Families America program in the state of Georgia.
  2. Manage and supervise a team of program coordinators and ensure that they are effectively carrying out the program goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote the program and recruit families in need of services.
  4. Conduct regular trainings and provide ongoing support to program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  5. Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with funders and secure additional funding to support program expansion and sustainability.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in child development and family support to inform program strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  9. Prepare and submit reports to track program progress and outcomes to state agencies and funders.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the program and other agencies and organizations to coordinate services and resources for families.
  11. Provide guidance and support to families participating in the program, including crisis intervention and referrals to other services as needed.
  12. Represent the program at community events and conferences to raise awareness and promote the program's mission and goals.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for program staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  14. Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for program improvements and innovations.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Family Support Or Child Welfare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Interventions For Promoting Child And Family Well-Being.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Supervise And Mentor A Team Of Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Community Partners And Stakeholders.
