- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefits programs that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to make data-driven recommendations for changes to benefits programs.
- Communicate with employees to provide information and answer questions about benefits offerings.
- Review and process employee benefit enrollment and change requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve any issues related to benefits programs.
- Monitor and track benefits program costs and utilization to provide regular reports to management.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to continuously improve the organization's offerings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver employee communications related to benefits programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, providing guidance and support to HR team members and employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration.
- Participate in the development and execution of employee wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related deductions and payments.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee benefits, as assigned.
- Foster positive relationships with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive benefits culture.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through benefits offerings.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Benefits Administration Or Hr Data Analysis
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Benefits And Compensation
Proficiency In Hr Information Systems And Data Analysis Tools
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders
