- Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Effectively communicate program details and updates to participants and their families.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate program logistics.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and program evaluations.
- Continuously assess and adapt programs to meet the changing needs and interests of the community.
- Serve as a role model for healthy behaviors and promote positive values within the community.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings.
- Actively promote and market programs to attract and retain participants.
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants and their families.
- Comply with all state and local regulations, policies, and procedures related to recreation programs and facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Recreation Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Recreation Or Leisure Setting.
Cpr And First Aid Certification.
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Recreation Programming.
Ability To Plan, Organize, And Lead A Variety Of Recreational Activities For Diverse Populations.
