12. Adhere to department policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
13. Serve as a positive representative of the Department of Human Services and promote its mission and values in all interactions.
14. Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
