  11. Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns.
  13. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  14. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  15. Represent the State of Hawaii and the engineering team at conferences, events, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Engineering, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Mechanical Engineering And Building Codes.

  • Proficient In Cad Software And Other Engineering Design Tools.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Technical Data And Make Sound Engineering Decisions.
