- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with treatment team to develop discharge plans and provide aftercare support.
- Participate in trainings, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Represent the State of Hawaii and the mental health profession in a professional and positive manner.
Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field
State Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, Or Clinical Social Worker
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Providing Direct Mental Health Services To Individuals With Mental Illness
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Crisis Intervention Services As Needed.
