  1. Provide administrative support to the record office unit at the Stateville NRC facility.
  2. Manage and maintain all records related to the facility, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  3. Develop and implement efficient record management procedures to ensure the smooth flow of information.
  4. Assist in the retrieval and distribution of records in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and security of all records.
  6. Monitor and track record requests and ensure timely completion.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  8. Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic records.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  11. Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
  12. Ensure compliance with all record retention policies and procedures.
  13. Train and assist new team members on record management procedures.
  14. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies with records to the appropriate personnel.
  15. Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of record management.
