  1. Coordinate and oversee service delivery operations for a specific region within the State of Illinois.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to residents within the region.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and residents to identify service needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and address any gaps or challenges.
  6. Monitor and track service delivery metrics within the region to ensure compliance with established standards and goals.
  7. Collaborate with other regional coordinators to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

  9. Train and mentor new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery.
  10. Continuously evaluate and assess service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for residents and stakeholders to address any service-related inquiries or concerns.
  12. Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to represent the organization and promote its services.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to service delivery activities.
  14. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards in carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Service Delivery Coordination, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Service Delivery, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills.

  • Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks And Projects, While Meeting Strict Deadlines.
