  10. Represent the state in legal proceedings related to compliance investigations, including providing testimony when necessary.
  11. Provide training and guidance to employees and management on compliance requirements and ethical practices.
  12. Maintain a professional and unbiased approach in all interactions and investigations.
  13. Act as a liaison between the state and external entities, such as law enforcement or regulatory agencies.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve investigative procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and promote a culture of compliance within the workplace.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Conducting Investigations Related To Regulatory Compliance Or Law Enforcement.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Evaluate Evidence.

  • Excellent Communication And Report Writing Skills, With The Ability To Present Findings To Superiors And Testify In Court If Necessary.
