  1. Provide technical support to employees across various departments within the State of Louisiana.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions.
  3. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
  4. Maintain and update documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems.
  6. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members or external vendors.
  7. Communicate technical information and solutions to non-technical staff in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new IT systems and software.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on new or updated IT systems and processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and IT trends to continuously improve processes and systems.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and handle urgent technical issues outside of regular business hours.
  13. Maintain a customer-centric approach and provide excellent customer service to all employees.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing IT processes and systems.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  17. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  18. Support the state's mission and goals by ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems.
  19. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  20. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Roles, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Computer Systems, Networks, And Software Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With A Customer Service-Oriented Approach.
