- Collaborate with managers and HR to identify employees' career goals and create individualized development plans.

- Utilize a variety of communication methods (e.g. in-person, virtual, email) to effectively connect with and support employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee progress and provide regular reports to management.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Career Counseling Or Related Field
