  1. Provide one-on-one career coaching and counseling to employees at all levels within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement career development programs, workshops, and resources to support employee growth and advancement.
  3. Conduct career assessments and interpret results to help employees gain self-awareness and identify their strengths and areas for development.
  4. Collaborate with managers and HR to identify employees' career goals and create individualized development plans.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development to continuously improve and enhance our services.
  6. Act as a mentor and resource for employees, offering guidance and advice on career-related topics.
  7. Utilize a variety of communication methods (e.g. in-person, virtual, email) to effectively connect with and support employees.
  8. Maintain accurate records of employee progress and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Advocate for employee development opportunities and assist in securing funding for training and education programs.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes career growth and development for all employees.

Job Qualifications
