We are currently seeking a highly qualified and passionate individual to join our team as a Chief Compliance Officer/Human Services Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our programs and services comply with all state and federal regulations, while also managing and overseeing the daily operations of our human services department.   1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that all human services programs and services are in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and make necessary improvements to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  3. Train and educate staff on compliance requirements and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of program and service delivery.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and requests for information.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to human services and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  8. Manage a team of human services staff and oversee their day-to-day activities, including performance evaluations and professional development.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote collaboration.
  10. Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources in compliance efforts.
  11. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all compliance-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Services, Social Work, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Management And/Or Human Services Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Human Services Programs

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders

  • Proven Leadership And Strategic Planning Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Implementing Compliance Initiatives.
