  • Conduct audits and reviews of internal processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and deliver compliance training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and laws to ensure the organization is in compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, violations, and complaints.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry associations, to stay informed of any changes in compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking and documenting compliance-related activities and initiatives.
  • Advise and assist management in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address compliance issues.
  • Promote a culture of ethical and compliant behavior throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To The Specific Industry Or Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With And Educate Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, Policies, And Procedures.
