  1. Analyze and evaluate criminal history records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Maintain and update criminal history database on a regular basis.
  3. Conduct thorough research and investigation to verify criminal history information.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with law enforcement agencies, courts, and other relevant parties to obtain and verify criminal history data.
  5. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in criminal history records.
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports on criminal history data to support decision-making processes.
  7. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  8. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and procedures related to criminal history records.
  9. Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in criminal history data.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of criminal history records management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Criminology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Criminal Justice Or Law Enforcement Agency.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Procedures Related To Criminal History Data.

  • Experience With Analyzing And Interpreting Complex Criminal History Information.

  • Strong Communication And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Present Findings And Recommendations In A Clear And Concise Manner.
