- Conduct research and collect data on farmland wildlife populations.
- Analyze data and present findings to inform conservation efforts.
- Develop and implement conservation plans and strategies for farmland wildlife.
- Collaborate with other specialists and stakeholders to coordinate conservation efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation measures.
- Identify and address potential threats to farmland wildlife populations.
- Educate and engage farmers and landowners on the importance of preserving wildlife on farmland.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current research and best practices in farmland wildlife conservation.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate research and conservation efforts to the public and state officials.
- Participate in conferences, workshops, and other events to share knowledge and promote conservation efforts.
- Work with state and federal agencies to secure funding for conservation projects.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all research and conservation activities.
- Regularly communicate with team members and supervisors on progress and challenges.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Conducting Research And Monitoring Wildlife Populations.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Wildlife Laws And Regulations.
Strong Data Collection And Analysis Skills, Including Experience With Gis And Statistical Software.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Other Researchers And Stakeholders.
