  1. Conduct thorough and timely investigations into cases of financial exploitation of vulnerable adults and seniors.
  2. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.
  3. Analyze financial records and documents to identify patterns and evidence of financial exploitation.
  4. Conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects to gather information and testimony.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigations for use in court proceedings.
  6. Testify in court as an expert witness on financial exploitation cases.
  7. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and techniques related to financial exploitation investigations.
  8. Work closely with prosecutors to ensure successful prosecution of financial exploitation cases.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  11. Attend trainings and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in financial exploitation investigations.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of investigations and case files.
  13. Provide support and assistance to victims of financial exploitation.
