  1. Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  2. Review, analyze, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
  5. Perform contract audits and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in contract management processes.
  7. Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to contract management and make necessary updates to contract templates and processes.
  8. Develop and implement procedures for efficient contract management, including record-keeping and contract tracking.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on contract management activities, including contract performance metrics.
  10. Train and mentor team members on contract management best practices and state regulations.
  11. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all contract management activities.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  14. Represent the state in meetings and negotiations with vendors and other stakeholders.
  15. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to contract management and provide timely and accurate responses.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.
