- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of probation and correctional professionals.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Criminal Justice, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Probation And Correctional Alternatives, Including Managerial Or Supervisory Experience.
Thorough Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Probation And Correctional Alternatives.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Diverse Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Judges, Attorneys, And Community Organizations.
