- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on food samples to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all laboratory tests and results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and order new supplies when needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Food Laboratory, Preferably In A Regulatory Or Government Setting.
Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Fda And Usda Guidelines.
Experience With Laboratory Testing Equipment And Methods, Including Microbiological And Chemical Analysis.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Report Test Results.
