Job Qualifications
  • Possession Of A Valid Stationary Engineer License Issued By The State Of New York.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working As A Stationary Engineer In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of Stationary Equipment.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Other Staff, Vendors, And Building Occupants.
