  11. Follow all company policies and procedures while providing technical support.
  12. Take ownership of technical support requests and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the user.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues to prevent future technical problems.
  14. Assist with the setup and installation of new printers and related equipment.
  15. Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline technical support processes.
