  7. Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across the agency.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date on agency policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  11. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  12. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the agency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With A Diverse Group Of Individuals.
