Data Systems and Performance Data Analyst
The State of Oregon is searching for an experienced Data Systems and Performance Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data systems to facilitate data collection and analysis
- Gather and analyze data to inform organizational decisions
- Prepare performance reports and other data-driven documents
- Monitor and assess performance trends and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively anticipate data needs and identify solutions to meet those needs
- Utilize problem solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective data management
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to data systems and performance data analysis
- Maintain data security and confidentiality standards
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve organizational performance
