  1. Conduct research on various fish and wildlife species and their habitats.
  2. Collect and analyze data on population size, distribution, and behavior of wildlife.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of management plans for fish and wildlife populations.
  4. Conduct field surveys and monitoring of wildlife populations.
  5. Operate and maintain equipment used in wildlife management, such as traps, nets, and radio telemetry equipment.
  6. Assist in the capture, handling, and tagging of wildlife for research and management purposes.
  7. Monitor and report on the health and condition of wildlife populations.
  8. Collaborate with biologists and other team members to design and implement research projects.
  9. Communicate and educate the public on wildlife management practices and regulations.
  10. Participate in habitat restoration and conservation projects.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research and management activities.
  12. Follow safety protocols and regulations while conducting fieldwork.
  13. Stay updated on current fish and wildlife management techniques and best practices.
  14. Contribute to the writing of reports, proposals, and scientific publications.
  15. Participate in meetings and conferences to share findings and collaborate with other professionals in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Wildlife Management, Biology, Natural Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Conducting Wildlife Surveys And Handling And Identifying Various Species Of Fish And Wildlife.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations And Laws Pertaining To Fish And Wildlife Management.

  • Experience With Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
