In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering various group life programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.   1. Coordinate and administer various group life programs for employees, including life insurance, disability insurance, and other related benefits.
  2. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to group life benefits.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their group life benefits.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all group life programs and participants.
  5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement new group life programs and initiatives.
  6. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to group life benefits.
  7. Communicate with insurance providers and vendors to ensure smooth administration of group life programs.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on group life benefits.
  9. Manage the enrollment and termination processes for group life benefits, including processing paperwork and communicating with employees.
  10. Participate in meetings and committees related to group life benefits and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  11. Stay informed on changes in state and federal regulations related to group life benefits and make necessary updates to program policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the group life benefits program.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the best possible experience for employees and the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Human Services, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Coordinating Group Life Programs Or Services.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Group Life Programs, Including Hipaa And Fmla.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Individuals.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
