As a Litigation Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and legal teams by providing technical expertise in all aspects of litigation.   1. Provide technical expertise and support to attorneys and legal teams in all aspects of litigation.
  2. Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  3. Utilize litigation support software and tools to manage and analyze large volumes of data and documents.
  4. Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop strategies for efficient and effective case management.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and indexed.
  6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
  7. Assist with document production and discovery requests, including reviewing, redacting, and coding documents.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and service providers to obtain necessary support for litigation.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.
  10. Stay updated on current industry trends, advancements in litigation support technology, and changes in legal processes.
  11. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  12. Support and assist attorneys during trials and other legal proceedings as needed.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the legal team.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Legal Studies, Computer Science, Or Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Litigation Support Or Ediscovery, Preferably In A Government Or Legal Setting.

  • Proficiency In Ediscovery Software And Database Management, Such As Relativity, Concordance, Or Casemap.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Court Rules And Procedures Related To Ediscovery And Litigation Support.

  • Excellent Communication And Organization Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
