
Marijuana License Investigator
At the State of Oregon, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marijuana License Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations into potential violations of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission's (OLCC) marijuana regulations. Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations into potential violations of the OLCC marijuana regulations • Analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and write reports detailing the results of investigations • Utilize law enforcement databases and other resources to research potential violations • Assist with the enforcement of applicable laws and regulations related to marijuana use and sales • Prepare and present cases for prosecution, if necessary • Develop effective relationships with state and federal law enforcement partners • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oregon marijuana laws and regulations • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when conducting investigations and presenting cases • Work collaboratively with the OLCC and other state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with marijuana laws and regulations
