Job Description

The State of Oregon is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Procurement and Contract Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual to contribute to the success of the State of Oregon.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support in the areas of purchasing, contract management, and procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proven track record of managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in the procurement and contract management field. Additionally, experience in public procurement and contract management is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional support in the areas of purchasing, contract management, and procurement of goods and services.

  10. Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and expedite contract processing.
