  1. Oversee the implementation of programs and projects to ensure successful delivery of services to the community.

  11. Manage program data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program operations.
  14. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management Or Operations Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Program Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans, Manage Budgets, And Track Program Performance Metrics.
