- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic client files.
- Ensure all client information is entered accurately and promptly into the appropriate databases and systems.
- Monitor and track client records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with client records.
