  4. Communicate any identified compliance issues to relevant parties and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  7. Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance-related questions and concerns.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance reviews.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance compliance processes.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  14. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Finance, Or Public Administration.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies, Especially Those Related To The State Of Texas.
