  1. Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, security, and usability of data within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to establish guidelines, procedures, and standards for data handling and management.
  3. Stay up-to-date on data governance best practices and policies, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  5. Develop and maintain data governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data governance initiatives and promote data integrity.
  7. Train employees on data governance policies and procedures.
  8. Identify and address any potential data governance risks or issues.
  9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance policies.

  11. Communicate and promote data governance policies and initiatives to all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Data Governance, Data Management, Or Data Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Data Privacy Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards.

  • Strong Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Certification In Data Governance Or Data Management (E.g. Certified Data Management Professional) Is Preferred.
