1. Lead and manage multiple IAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and security teams, to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are executed within these parameters.
4. Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
6. Conduct regular meetings and communication with project team members to ensure alignment and progress.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors.
8. Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
10. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support project delivery.
12. Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and policies related to IAM.
13. Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
14. Represent the state government and promote a positive image when interacting with external stakeholders.
15. Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
