- Lead and manage multiple IAM projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and security teams, to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are executed within these parameters.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with project team members to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and policies related to IAM.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the state government and promote a positive image when interacting with external stakeholders.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Field Of Identity And Access Management.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles, Processes, And Technologies Such As Role-Based Access Control, Multi-Factor Authentication, And Identity Governance.
Experience Managing Complex Projects With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Is Preferred.
