  1. Oversee and manage the state's aircraft registration program to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registered aircraft operating within the state.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient and effective registration and renewal of aircraft.
  4. Communicate with aircraft owners and operators to ensure timely and accurate registration.
  5. Monitor and track compliance with registration requirements and take appropriate action for non-compliant aircraft.
  6. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure consistency and accuracy in aircraft registration.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity of the program.
  8. Keep up-to-date with changes in aviation regulations and make necessary updates to the registration program.
  9. Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on aircraft registration procedures and requirements.
  10. Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to aircraft registration.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to stay informed about best practices and industry trends.
  12. Prepare and present reports on the status and effectiveness of the aircraft registration program to management.
  13. Train and supervise staff responsible for processing aircraft registrations.
  14. Monitor and manage the budget for the aircraft registration program.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Registration And/Or Aviation Regulatory Compliance.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Processes Related To Aircraft Registration.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Multiple Teams And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Internal And External Stakeholders, Such As Aircraft Owners, Operators, And Regulatory Agencies.
